Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026.

Detailed Digital Marketing ("Detailed," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through detaileddigitalmarketing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out the contact form or request a consultation. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, and anything you share about your business or project.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site — such as your browser type, device type, general location, and pages visited — through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MPXNLS4Z), which may load analytics and advertising tags. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally unless combined with information you've submitted directly.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the free consultations or services you request.
  • To communicate with current and prospective clients about their projects.
  • To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • To send occasional marketing communications, such as email updates. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your information with third parties except: service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver services (such as email, hosting, or scheduling tools), when required by law, or with your consent. Providers we currently use include Netlify (website hosting and contact-form processing) and Google (Tag Manager, Gmail, and Calendar appointment scheduling). If you choose to book a time after sending the contact form, the scheduling page is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy; it is not loaded unless you choose it.

Cookies & Tracking

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies from analytics and advertising platforms to understand traffic and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site functionality.

Google Tag Manager and the analytics or advertising tags it may load can use cookies to tell visitors and sessions apart. Besides your browser settings, you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as it's useful for following up and for our business records, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we're required by law to keep it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out using the information below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law; contact us and we'll respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
